Master list of "Through the Interface" posts

As mentioned in this recent post, I've been meaning to create a master page of all the posts I've made since the blog was born in mid-2006. Well, here is that page. Please check it out and let me know what you think. Once I get feedback on the page, I'll go ahead and add a link to it from one or other of the navigation sidebars.

I can also apply the type of view used on the page to the various category-/date-based archive pages, if people generally consider it to be more helpful than the current approach (which is for each archive to include the full content of each of the various posts). Again, let me know... ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks, Kean. This is a very useful key page to a lot of programming treasures!

  2. I like it the way it is, as it's easy to search through the page if you're looking for a specific term (especially with Firefox, just start typing and you're there ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

  3. It looks good, thank you.

  5. Thanks for the feedback so far!

I've gone ahead and added a link near the top of the right-hand sidebar: Post Index.

    Great Kean!

Now the only thing that last for us is to convince you to write a book ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Excellent idea and resource!

    Keep up the great work!

  8. Page looks good Kean - nice and useful addition.
I suppose all posts, in XPS format (or DWFX ๐Ÿ™‚ if you prefer) added to a zip archive for download is too much to ask? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Maybe quarterly or yearly? Sort of like 'Through-the-interface's greatest hits'...

    Cheers,
    Glenn.

A book would absorb too much time... my blog output would dwindle to nearly nothing for 1-2 years, I expect. Which just seems like a poor trade-off, in my mind. And code is so much easier to copy & paste from a blog. ๐Ÿ™‚

Keep trying, though, Fernando - maybe I'll give in, one day. ๐Ÿ™‚

I've been looking at options for offline viewing, especially as it seems all TypePad blogs are blocked by the Great Firewall of China. ๐Ÿ™

If anyone knows of a tool that can compile/archive TypePad blog content, please let me know!
